At Ohmybayu, we carefully inspect every order before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Exchanges are strictly permitted under the following conditions: - You received the wrong item, or - You received the wrong size

Exchange Request & Timeline

• Exchange requests must be submitted to hello@ohmybayu.com.
• Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Exchange requests made without prior communication will not be accepted

Exchange Conditions

• Each purchase is entitled to a one-time exchange only.
• All exchanges are final once approved.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

 Exchange Process

• Please include your order number and clear photos of the item received when contacting us.
• Once approved, further exchange instructions will be provided.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

Store Credit

• Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
• Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Ohmybayu reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
