1. Do you offer refunds?

No, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchases made in-store or online. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

2. Can I return or exchange an item?

We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please email us at bayu.kl2024@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns are subject to approval.

We currently ship within Malaysia. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on location. More details are available at checkout.

7. Are your products handmade or mass-produced?

Bayu is inspired by batik and crafted with attention to detail. All pieces are handmade

8. How should I care for my Bayu clothing?

To maintain the quality of your Bayu pieces, we recommend gentle hand washing or machine washing on a delicate cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying.

9. Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?

At the moment, we do not offer custom or made-to-order items, but we’re always working on new designs and collections!

10. Where can I find Bayu in person?
